I label coton puppies for sale either ‘Mr’ or ‘Miss’ so people can tell which sex they are, and yes, there are only 2 genders of dogs. So if you are one of those people that just can’t handle basic biology, kindly look for another breeder to satisfy your fantasies.
I give young puppies colors instead of names so new owners can feel free to find a lifelong name of their choice.
Ground Transport Available
I have a ground transport / travel nanny company that may be able to assist in delivering your puppy to you depending on your location if you are unable to travel to me to pick up a puppy. If you are interested, I will give them your city and state for an estimate on their cost, and if acceptable to you, I can put you in contact with them to finalize arrangements.
Payment
Cash or money order is always preferred, however, I now accept credit card payments through Paypal for any purchases. Please note that an additional 4% is added to your total to cover charges incurred for this service.
When you have chosen your puppy or dog, a non refundable deposit of $500 will be due to reserve the dog until you pay the balance.
The non refundable deposit is deducted from the original price/total amount due. If after placing the deposit the buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the dog, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you need me to keep your puppy or dog for an additional period of time before you can take him/her home ie, you are going on vacation, renovating the house, etc. I can keep the dog for up to 1 week at no charge provided that the dog is paid for in full. Any additional days past one week will be charged $30 per night board and must be paid in full before taking delivery of dog.
Breeding Contracts Are Available
While any puppies for sale are generally sold under the pet contract with non-breeding clause, spay or neuter is not required.
Anyone interested in purchasing a dog for breeding would require a different contract and purchase price.

Young Adult For Sale
Whelped Sept 28, 2025. Luke is a happy, sweet, active, rambunctious, juvenile who mingles with the adult dogs here at Yankee without any problems.
He knows how to use a dog door to a fenced backyard. He is crate trained and sleeps thru the night in his individual crate. He is also leash trained. He is still intact as I usually wait until at least 18 months before neuter surgeries. However, if purchased before that age, the new owner can choose the age at which this is done.
